Our home delivery service is highly automated and goes directly into the Postal Network and also other couriers. But sometimes things still go wrong and a parcel goes astray.
Louise Carter looks after all our customer deliveries and she likes to take a very proactive approach, contacting customers if she see there is a delivery issue, or if the parcel has been left at a local post office for pickup.
